Marie-Noelle Langan, MD
Dr. Langan was born in the US, raised and educated in Canada, returning to the US for cardiology and clinical electrophysiology fellowship at Presby UPenn in Philadelphia. In her first role, she established the electrophysiology laboratory at George Washington University. Seeking more academic depth, at Mount Sinai, she continued in the clinical lab while she collaborated in a basic science lab, patch clamping ion channels, resulting in an AHA Clinician Scientist Award. She was recruited to Lenox Hill Hospital to establish an academic bridge between the clinical electrophysiology and the Cardiac Catheterization Labs and she became Director of the Electrophysiology Lab. She returned later to Mount Sinai joining Dr V Reddy, a pioneer in invasive procedures, as Medical Director of Operations, focusing on integrating remote monitoring, wearable technologies, and AI models into the pre-procedure and outpatient clinical workflows. She has currently transitioned to consulting with a Healthtech Company, focusing on redefining the role of the physician in the face of AIand adding ethical infrastructure to their remote monitoring workflows.
